This conference is proudly organized each year by the Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialists Association (DWHSA)!
Founded in February 2013 by two travel agents, DWHSA has now grown into the world's oldest, largest, and most respected network of romance travel specialists, with more than 850 members in the United States, Canada, and other countries around the world.
Together, DWHSA members book more than 14,000 destination weddings and more than 39,000 honeymoons every year!
And, we focus exclusively on the needs of our working advisor members. (We love agent-friendly suppliers and destinations, but we don't allow them to join DWHSA as members.)

- We concentrate the training hours on management and marketing topics to help you grow your business. We do lots of webinars all year around to introduce members to suppliers and destinations, but we don't feature them as conference speakers so we can devote all of that time to helping you grow your business.
- We offer more training hours and supplier "face time" than any other romance travel event. We've honed the schedule so that you'll get more value from the time and money you'll invest attending our conference each year.
- We do NOT "host" agents - ever. The advisors who attend RTU pay their own expenses because we want suppliers to take us seriously as business owners.
