Extra nights (Sept. 18-20; Sept. 25--27) will be 1/4 the rates shown above on a nightly basis. (For example, 1 extra night in a Waves single will be 1/4 of the $985 rate or $246.25.)
$200 deposits made through Feb. 28, 2026 will hold your spot at the conference.
DWHSA will release unsold rooms in its block on March 1.
All deposits and payments are completely refundable through March 20.
Starting March 21, all deposits and payments will become completely nonrefundable and nontransferable (except iwthin your own agency).
Final payments are due by FRIDAY, JULY 24, 2026.
All rates shown above are in U.S. dollars.
They include meals (subject to reservations for specialty restaurants); alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks/bottled water/sodas/specialty coffees/teas at all food/beverage outlets during regular operating hours (house wine included but other alternatives on wine list at extra charge); WiFi access in all public areas (including the conference center) and in guestrooms; soft drinks in minibars; exercise facilities/table games/scheduled stage shows; and applicable taxes.
Gratuities are not included in these rates.
Conference attendees' reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival. Attendees may be asked to present their own major credit cards to cover incidentals such as spa treatments (the base room rates will be billed automatically to DWHSA's master account).
Rates may be extended (subject to availability) for up to three nights before the event (September 18, 19, and 20, 2026) and for up to three nights after the event (September 25, 26, and 27, 2026).
