DWHSA EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for any DWHSA event, you acknowledge, understand, and agree completely with the following:
WHSA cannot be held responsible in any way for any risks or expenses associated with your attendance or non-attendance at this event. DWHSA will not offer credits of any type (e.g., dues, future events) if you fail to participate after making payments.
Your deposits and payments will become completely nonrefundable and nontransferable after Friday, March 20, 2026.
The event may include air travel, lodging, excursions, site inspections, meals, and other activities. You agree (along with your heirs, assigns, personal/legal representatives, and next of kin) to indemnify and hold harmless DWHSA and its employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way related to (directly or indirectly) this event. Specifically, this waiver and release will include (but not be limited to) any damages, injuries, or losses from delays, cancellations, changes in itineraries, or complaints that arise from transportation, lodging, or other planned or scheduled activities.
It is your responsibility to verify any passport, visa, and medical requirements for traveling to and from the host destination for this event.
DWHSA encourages you to consider travel insurance - including coverage for trip cancellation/delay, medical care, and emergency evacuation - for this event. If this event must be altered, rescheduled, or canceled for any reason (including - but not limited to - force majeure events outside DWHSA's control such as epidemics, pandemics, hurricanes or inclement weather), you understand and agree that DWHSA will follow the policies of the host resort (e.g., rescheduling for new dates), but DWHSA will not be liable in any way for cash refunds, future dues/event credits, or damages of any type.
Finally, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have read this waiver and release and fully understand its contents. You understand that you am giving up rights by agreeing to it without any inducement of any type, and you intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability for DWHSA to the greatest extent allowed by law. You understand that the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America will apply when interpreting these terms and conditions and, if any portion may be held to be invalid, the remaining terms and conditions will continue with full force and effect.
